Returns & Exchanges

Do not accept an order where the security envelope is violated, refuse immediately and contact us. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated for delivery, and you or third parties at the address can make the receipt. Please consult our service center regarding the possibility of change of address. After the order is billed, the change will not be possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 7 days from the date received for a full refund.

*Does not include items purchased during the Black Friday or marked Final Sale merchandise, these items are not exchangeable and not refundable.
Before any exchange or return procedure you should contact our customer service center. Do not send products to our address without the consent of our team. We will not be responsible for wrongly shipped products.

The returned product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and presented alongside the original coupon or 1st line of the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse return and return the product to the customer if any of the items are not within the informed standards.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for beachwear products.

Shipping costs and carrier you use to return merchandise (FedEx, UPS, USPS or others) are up to you, but we suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Katel Women’s Outfit is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and can not be refunded on another account.
Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The exchange and return process, takes 7-10 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete.
